Big girl!
Raquelle was officially moved from the infant nursery to the toddler nursery today! I was a little worried that she would get trampled by all the bigger kids, but since she is tall for her age, she was the same size or bigger then most of them. She turned out to be quite the sippy cup thief and they had to put away the books with the paper pages because she tried to eat them. Other then that, she did fine.
She is understanding more and more of what we say to her. When I give her a shoe to play with, she will try to put it on her foot. When I tell her "sockie" she will hold her foot up for me to put her socks on her. She is finally sitting still for me to fix her hair and just this week she started holding her own bottle! She is trying to say diaper when I change her, but no one other then her parents would recognize this new word quite yet.
The real "big girl" of the house is doing well too. I haven't measured in TP recently like I did with Raquelle, but my belly is now 45 inches at the widest part! I guess that makes sense considering the little boy that is in there is now about 15 inches long now! Only 4 more inches and he'll be the height his sister was at birth.
